Vineyard College has systems in place to protect your investment in your education.

All student fees are held by the Public Trust, to be available for refund to students of unused fees in the unlikely event that Vineyard College fails financially and is unable to continue to offer courses.

This arrangement has been accepted by the NZQA as meeting the requirements of its student fee indemnification policy.

Fees are transferred proportionally form the Public Trust in arrears; the amount being based on months of delivery of the respective programme. For example, for a 10 month programme, one tenth of the student fees for the programme will be available for transfer to the college at the completion of each month of delivery.

Vineyard College also has, wherever possible, mutual arrangements with other education providers, to enable you to complete the courses you have enrolled in, without payment of any additional fee and within 2 years. This is to cover the portion of training still to be provided by Vineyard College in the unlikely event of insolvency, de-regulation, or withdrawal of accreditation.
